A BRAZILIAN boy aged just six is being hailed as the ‘next Neymar’ thanks to his phenomenal football skills. Talented Marco Antonio, from Rio de Janeiro, has reportedly already caught the eye of Real Madrid and Barcelona. But his path to superstardom is being hampered by an incurable stomach condition and he urgently needs medical support to fulfill his dreams. His father is hoping that he can emulate Lionel Messi, whose career was threatened by a growth hormone deficiency.
